(57)【要約】 【課題】 従来より短時間にしかも定量的に微生物の殺 菌または静菌に必要なオゾンの投入量を判断する方法 【解決手段】 栄養培地中に懸濁した大腸菌(K12 株)にオゾンを投入し、スーパーオキシドディスムター ゼの活性または量を測定し、スーパーオキシドディスム ターゼの活性または量から殺菌または静菌に必要なオゾ ン投入量を判断する。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the amount of ozone necessary for the disinfection of microorganisms in a sort time by measuring the activity, etc., of superoxide dismutase in a microbial cell, thereby quantitatively determining the oxidation stress of the microorganism caused by the ozone treatment. SOLUTION: The amount of ozone necessary for the disinfection or bacteriostatic treatment of microorganism is quantitatively judged in a short time compared with conventional method by measuring the activity or quantity of superoxide dismutase in a microbial cell before the ozone treatment to judge the natural ozone-resistance of the microorganism and measuring the activity, etc., after the ozone treatment to quantitatively determine the oxidation stress of the microorganism caused by the ozone treatment or by repeating the determination of the activity or quantity of the superoxide dismutase in the microbial cell plural times interposing time intervals.
