(57)【要約】 【課題】 高硬度で耐食性に優れたタンタルの窒化物か らなる硬質被膜を金型表面に高い密着力で形成して、耐 摩耗性並びに耐久性に優れた硬質被膜付き金型を提供す る。 【解決手段】 硬質被膜付き金型は、金型母材の表面に 直接形成した膜厚0.5〜2.0μmのタンタルからなる 第1層と、この第1層上に形成した膜厚1.0〜3.0μ mのタンタルの窒化物からなる第2層とを備えている。 これら硬質被膜はイオンプレーティング法により形成さ れ、タンタルのイオンボンバード処理後に成膜を行う。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold fitted with a hard coating film excellent in abrasion resistance and durability by forming a hard coating film composed of tantalum nitride having high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance to the surface of a mold by high close bonding force. SOLUTION: A mold fitted with a hard coating film is constituted by directly forming a first layer composed of tantalum with a film thickness of 0.5-2.0μm on the surface of the matrix of the mold and forming a second layer composed of tantalum nitride with a film thickness of 1.0-3.0μm on the first layer. These hard coating films are formed by an ion plating method and the films are formed after ion bombard treatment of tantalum. COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
