PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent change and breakage of the proper nature of a thermoelement, which are generated due to the excessive clamping pressure of a clamping screw, by a method wherein heat sinks, interposing the thermoelement, are laminated below a second cold water through unit and a second cold sink unit. SOLUTION: A height L, obtained by adding the length of a screw groove, formed in a second cold sink unit 491b, the length of third through hole, formed in a second cold water trough unit 452, the length of a through hole, formed in a heat sink 495, and the thickness of a thermoelement 492, is designed so as to be same as a height L of the screw surface of a second clamping screw excluding the head unit of the same whereby not only an interval H between the lower surface of the second cold trough unit 452 and the upper surface of the heat sink 495 is maintained in constant at all times but also the thermoelement 492, interposed in the interval H, is pressed by the optimum pressure thereby permitting the prevention of change with respect to the constitution of inner circuits as well as the external breakage of the same.
