(57)【要約】 【課題】歪み付与工程を必要とせず通常の工程で製造す ることができる、スポット溶接ままで一様伸び及び高温 リラクセーション特性に優れた、引張強さ:1420N/mm 2 以上のPC鋼棒を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明のスポット溶接ままで一様伸び及び 高温リラクセーション特性に優れたPC鋼棒は、重量% でC:0.2 〜0.5 %と、Mn:0.2〜3.0 %と、Nb:0. 01〜0.1 %と、(Si%+Al%):2.0 〜5.0 %とを 含有し、引張強さ:1420N/mm 2 以上を有することを特徴 とする、スポット溶接ままで一様伸び及び高温リラクセ ーション特性に優れたものである。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve relaxation characteristic as well as uniform elongation in an as-spot-welded state without requiring a strain application stage by specifying the composition of a steel. SOLUTION: A steel composition is specified so that it contains, by weight, 0.2-0.5% C, 0.2-3.0% Mn, 0.01-0.1% Nb, and 2.0-5.0% of (Si+Al). In this composition, the addition of Nb, other than the addition of large amounts of Si and Al, serves advantageously. At the time of manufacturing a PC steel bar, quench- and-temper treatment, etc., are performed by using, as a stock, a steel bar prepared from a steel of such a composition by the conventional method, but a strain application stage is not required. The resultant PC steel bar can attain >=1420N/mm<2> tensile strength, >=4% uniform elongation, and <=8% high temp. relaxation while obviating the necessity of tempering after spot welding.
